Your new Agreement is here!
After a period of intense bargaining, your new Staff Agreement is here. Our next task is to make sure that senior management adhere to the Agreement and we are vigilant in enforcing the rights and conditions NTEU members won for all ECU staff.
This proposed Agreement holds significant improvements on the former EBA that would not have been achieved without you - the members of the NTEU ECU Branch. As a companion guide to the new Agreement, we've prepared a Highlights document, detailing those improvements which you can download and reference when reading through the new Agreement.
